Please allow 3-6 daysfor your order to be processed before being shipped out. I am one person juggling this shop along with other jobs and really appreciate your patience and support! :)

After your order is shipped, expect it to arrive within 1-2 weeks within North America, and 3-4 weeks internationally.

If you still have not received your order within the estimated time frame and opted for an untracked shipping option, I will try my best to get you your order! Please reach out to me through this form with your order number.

My lowest shipping options are untracked letter mail - this is the most affordable method for everyone while still being safely packaged. The rates range from $2-$6 based on location and envelope size for your order.

The untracked rates are based off of the cost of the standard or oversized stamp needed for the country you order from, rounded to the nearest dollar to help offset packaging costs. I do not make any profits off of shipping and want to be as transparent as possible.

Tracked shipping is available for some based off of order size and weight determined by the carrier I use. However, in order to keep shipping costs lower, some countries may not have the option for tracked shipping.

Please double, triple and quadruple check your address before placing your order.

If you have submitted an incorrect address and notice this before your order has been processed/shipped please contact me through the form here with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made. If your order is sent back to me, I will reach out with the following options:

  • A full refund of the order minus the cost of shipping
  • Option to pay for the cost of shipping again to re-ship the order to the correct address

No refunds will be given for orders sent to the wrong address.

If you are unable to check out due to shipping restrictions, please reach out and let me know where your are located and I will try my best to set up a rate for your country if possible.

If I am unable to ship to a country at any point - I will be sure to update that here.

Once an order is processed and shipped, I no longer have control over it and am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail.

However, if your order gets to you and you are unsatisfied with it, I want to try and make it right! Just reach out using the contact form with your order number and we will figure something out!
